| I John, your brother, who share with you in Jesus the tribulation and the kingdom and the patient endurance, was on the island called Patmos on account of the word of God and the testimony of Jesus.
I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet saying: -Write what you see in a book and send it to the seven churches, to Ephesus, and to Smyrna, and to Pergammum, and to Thyatira, and to Sardis, and to Philadelphia and to Laodicea.
Day 1: Arrive at Izmir. Pick up from the airport and drive to Izmir to visit the church of Smyrna. Then drive further South to visit Ephesus and environs. Finally drive to Pamukkale to spend the night.
Day 2: Start the day visiting the ruins at Laodicea and then drive to Philadelphia and Sardes. Overnight: Izmir.
Day 3: Visit the church at Thyatira, and finally Pergammum. Transfer back to the airport for the flight to Istanbul. |
