| Myra is a small, yet important and spectacular site. Its importance derives from the fact that it was a center of trade, as well as a religious center especially during the early Christian period, when St Nicholas became the Metropolitan of Myra.
It also houses one of the best examples of Lycian rock tombs and a breath taking Graeco-Roman theatre. We drive back to Kas after we pay our visit to the church of St Nicholas which is only 5 minutes from Myra.
