We meet at your accommodation and take a short walk to the great square, which was once the Byzantine Hippodrome.

The Hippodrome is surrounded by the Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia and the Underground Cistern.

Your guide will then take you to the Topkapi Palace for an orientation tour, and then the famous Harem which was accessible by the Sultan and his family only.
