Our day begins hiking down the Red Valley which is named after the red silica formations with a very high iron oxide level. This Westbound hike takes us to the village of Cavusin where we are picked up for Goreme.

After lunch, we keep hiking this time Eastbound to the village of Uchisar via the Pigeons valley. We then follow the old village road up to Uchisar Castle.

After a cup of tea at the village coffee house in Uchisar, we keep hiking to complete our circle around central Cappadocia, this time Eastbound down the valley of Urgup.

Our vehicle waits for us at the end of the valley to transfer us back to our hotel for a nap.
